The power of digital infrastructure in enabling and supporting societies during a time of crisis was seen on a global scale during the COVID-19 pandemic. It led to a watershed moment which forced a re-evaluation of how we work. We may not return to previous practices or ways of working life and we may even ask, “Why didn’t we do this before?”
